Paul, I thought this week what might be really interesting for us to do is to basically discuss after seven weeks of this season entering week eight to

basically discuss what is really stunned us over the last month, month and a half as we've gotten into this season.

This idea came to me on Sunday night after the results of

results of Sunday in week seven. The one thing I kept thinking, man,

the chiefs are such a shock. You know, I did not see a bad Kansas City team coming. But then I also said,

man, the Bengals are a shock to, you know, to be the number one seed after seven weeks in the AFC is pretty weird and to have gone into Pittsburgh in Baltimore obviously is pretty incredible.

So I called my old friend Brent Musburger and who's now very close. He runs Vegas Sports and Information Network in Las Vegas. He lives for the lines and I asked him if the Bengals and Chiefs met this week healthy on a neutral field somewhere who would be favored and he he said the bangles. And so to me that just emphasizes how weird the first seven weeks have been something weird always happens, but those would be my two teams.

Doing well.

We have quite a storm here going on in the northeast. I know you're in a bit of a high rise down there near the city so you're safe

But it is that it's true football weather here. It's dark and wet.

Well, you know, we'll talk a little bit about the Monday night game in a while,

but in my opinion, I thought that the New Orleans Saints played a game that sometimes you have to win ugly in the

NFL. You have to take all of the things that are on the plus side of your ledger, namely

Alvin Camara and forget all the stuff on the debit side, which is you're a dome team and playing in crap weather. the for the New Orleans Saints, even though Seattle was diminished because of no Russell Wilson.
