We're going to start out today talking about the Monday night game. I'm not going to tell you that I

watched that game and said, wow, the cliff came last night

for the Chiefs because, yeah, they're two and three. All of them, those losses were very close,

one-score games, the kind that they won all of last year. So maybe this is just some luck leveling out. Plus, the chiefs still

don't have Rishi Rice, who they'll get back from his suspension for week seven, so not this

coming weekend, but the weekend after. I can make all sorts of excuses. Plus, I would argue Patrick

Mahomes was still wonderful in the game last night. Plus, I would argue Patrick Mahomes was still wonderful in the game last night.

Plus, I would argue that the chiefs maintained their desire, let's call it that way, to not be such a

dink and dunk offense. It really does feel like some of the aggression we remember from past years is back for Kansas

City.

And it was probably even curbed a little bit by Jacksonville's defense playing really far

back most of the night.
