Hello and welcome to the Saturday night sound podcast.

I'm Gera.

Marlar, we're about a week away right now, Lord and I are from closing on our home.

Yeah.

And every week or so, we've been doing the little drive-by's as you do to make sure that

everything is all right.

We're doing it in part because they're putting on, they put on a new roof, which is great.

It's going to save a lot of money, of course, everybody that's headed to go through that

process, knows what I'm talking about.

We didn't have to pay for it, which was great.

And it wasn't necessarily weird because the family who lived there previously, they've

been moved out for about a month, they moved down to Tampa or something.

But we've been looking around, just kind of seeing, you know, like what the neighbors are

doing at different times of the day, you know, as one does.

Why would I say this?

That's really weird, but keep going.

Why do I say all of this?

I say this because I think, I want him to be our neighbor and I think he'd be the best

possible neighbor for us in this process.

That's what I learned from our conversation.
