Summary

Bruce & Stew recap week 5 in college football and discuss what the results mean for the remainder of the season. Stew was at Stanford on Saturday where #4 Oregon lost in overtime. Cincinnati wins on the road at Notre Dame. The college football playoff could feature a group of 5 team for the first time. BYU is also undefeated. Alabama and Georgia dismantle Ole Miss and Arkansas, respectively. LSU loses to Auburn at home for the first time since 1999. Texas A&M is not who we thought they were. Kentucky beats Florida at home for the first time since 1986. Michigan finds its way into the top 10. The Big Ten is very competitive this season. Finally, the guys quickly discuss potential Heisman ballots.

to my backyard.

1:02.9

I should go to that game.

1:04.2

But going into it, I was concerned because Alabama Ole Miss and Cincinnati, Notre Dame

were in the same window, and what if this

Oregon-Sanford games will blowout? But it did seem like the kind of game, you know,

1:18.1

the Pac-12 teams or they usually stubbed their toe at some point. I think Tanner McKee is really

1:22.6

good. I thought this might be a spot where that could happen. And then we find out Joe Moorhead is not there.

1:30.2

I hope he's okay.

1:31.4

They just said he's being treated for a non-COVID illness.

1:35.5

Oregon just continues to get more and more injuries.

1:39.3

Oregon should have won this game.

1:41.2

They fell behind 17-7, but they came back to go up 2417. And as I made my way down

1:49.2

through the crowd to get to the field with about three, three and a half minutes left, they were
