Ian, you've worked here for a couple weeks now. I know you've been writing for a long time about

football. Well not too long you're like 26 or 27. I have to put your age out there.

But you haven't been doing this like on-camera video podcast in studio.

How's it been?

Like anything surprised you about it so far?

I did kind of the webcam game a good amount like from the comfort of my

you know room and all that but now having to get

all dressed up with no logos and everything has been different but you know

having such a gracious and kind host like yourself makes it easy. Well I mean no I

probably put you in a position to fail and not to succeed.

I'll tell you this, Ian, and Chris and everyone in the control room can tell you this.

I was horrific when I started doing this, like really bad.

You and Dagell are already so much better than I

was I had this like idea that when you showed up on camera that you had to have the

script in your head and it to be perfect and everything like that. But then you kind of

realize that you just want to make it conversational and you have all the

information so you should be comfortable and confident in what you say and

like you're or you're pulling that off and so is D'Aghold. Like it's really impressive for me to sit over here and see that.

I think it's just like being back in school with the presentation.
