Welcome to the podcast, Week 3.

Got a lot to get to today. We want to start with what is apparently the game of the week on a week with very few good games.

Now, the best thing about that is usually these are the

weeks when when everything goes off the rails. They sneak up on you in this

sport. It's why we're suckers and we end up watching no matter what. But there's

not a ranked matchup this week and College Game Day is headed usually a sign of what the big game is. They're going to

Iowa State, Iowa

Iowa's 19th, Iowa State's 26th if you go that that were out.

Matt Campbell's done a heck of a job. Contenders in the big 12 up-and-coming program. They probably should be ranked. It is the first visit of College Game Day to Iowa State, which tells you the kind of the state of the Iowa State program,

truly isn't all that horrible all the time, it's just sort of there.
