Welcome in my name is Chris and I'm gonna say some stuff largely about football, but also about life.

I think there are lessons here for us all.

What is going on?

How are you doing today? I hope you're having a good Monday or whenever

you're listening. We've got lots of Week 2 football to discuss. Happy to have a whole lot of games

to hopefully tell you what I saw,

with a focus on trying to add stuff

that maybe doesn't wind up in the box score,

so maybe we can gain a bit of an advantage week by week and

we'll start with a humdinger, Bangles, Chiefs, another late win for Kansas City. I can't tell you how familiar it is to me watching these

chief games. I mean by most measures I would say the Chiefs did not play very well.

Patrick Mahomes didn't play very well.

The Bengals definitely should have won that game.

But the reason I say familiar is because being a Patriots fan,

all those years, do you know how many times they would just be dumb but hang around and wait for the other team to do something dumber. Not being the team that makes the biggest and

dumbest mistake is apparently really difficult because the chiefs are the only one who

consistently have got it mastered.

It's fourth and whatever, almost 20 at the end of that game.
