It is fucking freezing and cold.

And I spent the entire morning bopping

around New York, looking at apartments. So I was like, I would like to be inside in my home.

So we are doing the live stream from my apartment right now. Switch it up a little bit. Now the TV's on

that side so I can look at it while we're playing because there's NFL football on. And as beautiful

as my laptop screen is, I would rather be watching the game than watching my screen. Merry Christmas,
