Faw. Chris is in his palatial studios in Virginia, I believe. Yeah, shout out to Virginia

arts. Shout out. Shout out. Absolutely. A lot of shout outs this week's show. I am in Boston.

I am being threatened to be thrown out of the room because I was just checked out, but that's

all right. Plenty of ladies came by, slitter of 20. We both looked at each other and went

and either I have a new girlfriend or I'm going to be good on this late checkout. So I think

we're good either way. All right, let's get to it. Do you do you check out downstairs?

Like do you actually go like settle up or do you just ghost the front desk? You know what?

Over the years, I've learned that actually ghosting is stupid, but I don't know what it was

for years. I think it was a guilty conscience or perhaps funds always being an issue. You

know, the younger days of like, oh no, you know, maybe I'm not going to be able to cover

this or the cards going to get declined or whatever. I mean, you know, those 20s are rough,

rough years. So I always just leave figuring, you know, look, eventually they'll get me

if something's wrong. And it was almost never wrong. And then I started checking the hotel

bill and seeing things that I'd be overcharged for all the time. So I was like, wait a minute,

I just go down face them. Look, I'm right in the eye. Get the bill. I haven't correct the

errors and good. So I usually don't ghost. I could do it today, though, because they were

basically saying they're going to charge me for another night in the next 15 minutes.

And this pod is not going to be 15 minutes long. So we'll see. Yeah, it's not a sunk cost.

No, no, if I have to pay for another night, I think things are going well enough that

we'll be fine. Okay. So we have the bills, Steelers game, which may headline this podcast.
