Perhaps we should call this the no-sleep edition of the

audible. I'm Stuart, to the point where I almost said somebody else's name. I'm not

Bruce Feldman. I'm Stuart Mandel. I'm joined, as always, though, by Bruce Feldman and

Raffirous. So we are coming to you the morning after rivalry day, right? The morning after

Ohio State, Michigan, the morning after the Iron Bowl and all that good

stuff.

And yet, the entire sport is still being held hostage by Lane Kiffin.

We're going to talk about that.

We're going to talk about some other coaching carousal dominoes that happened and a whole

lot of playoff developments, or I guess might we say non-developments that took

place on the field Saturday? All right, Ralph, start us out. Where are we on Lane, as of this recording,

on Lane Kiff and LSU watch? We are still waiting. I'm going to steal my colleagues reporting,

right? Bruce reported earlier today, this morning,

that Lane's expected to go to LSU. I don't think that's surprising. As early as early yesterday,

Bruce was reporting that LSU was really confident that they were going to get late.

And now it's just a matter of will, I think it's mostly, unless there's a last minute change

of heart thing here, I think it's mostly just a matter of will Ole Miss allow Lane Kiffin

to coach the team as it heads toward the playoff.

Ole Miss is almost certainly going to be hosting a playoff game in a few weeks.

Will the Ole Miss administration allow him to coach that game?
