You may know me from my YouTube channel where I talk about all things health and wellness.

So when I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to bring you guys on this journey.

But I also knew I wanted to include this guy right here.

woohoo and we will be recapping week 14 this week exciting stuff um so we are officially in the second

trimester which is this we are which is a relief i would say because statistics show from my

research that oh yeah usually second trimester is the best trimester because you get over

you're supposed to get over the sickness if you had any and now we're at the point where I mean you

could you could still have something go wrong like a miscarriage but the rate is super low now which is

yeah I think it's like 2% maybe 1% it's low that's great great. Really low. And I mean, there's always a chance. There's things that could still go wrong. So, I mean, you never know. But it definitely feels good to get over that hump and be gliding into the second trimester. Absolutely. Things seem to be going well. Yeah. Besides some sickness. But anyway. We'll get into that it's getting those week 14

baby stats so if you remember last week the baby was the size of a lemon so not a juicy fruit

and not I'm a little disappointed in that one but week 14 bounces us back to a great fruit
