Welcome back to NBC Sports Edge's DFS building block show week 14 that is as well as always I'm

Rose John Deagle joined by a friend in life called the board check as always we review the

previous week's slate through our live video every Sunday night half time of the football game

I think we should just go ahead and kick off the week 14 main slate because it's a wild one with some

late news to discuss throughout the show as well and two games that are really in focus let's say

three actually three games that are really in focus but nonetheless some pivots some really cheap

options that we can argue about throughout the show as well cow I just want to start with your

decision point and some thoughts overall on this slate yeah I think so I'm trying to think of

past decision points we've had like the very obvious running back whether it be a super like

in it not priced up enough sort of like Jonathan Taylor last week or the super cheap running

backs it has been a specific like one quarterback on the slate is the only good quarterback and then

I would say maybe the third type of or maybe it's not even a quarterback and specifically a pay

range at quarterback like all the good quarterbacks are pay up or maybe they're all paid down the

decision I think this week is a third option which is there is like one good game obviously that

game is Tampa Bay versus Buffalo it has a 53 and a half point total the next closest total five points

below that there's a goal between this game and the next game but it's not like we haven't seen

this before this was I believe it was a very big gap between the Kansas City Dallas game and the

next best game and that's because that game got all the like 56 and a half if I remember correctly

may have ended up coming down like 55 55 and a half which was very clearly the highest scoring game

and as we saw I think that game had more systemic risks just from the team and personnel like side
