Welcome everyone to the score fantasy football podcast. I'm your host, Justin Boone, and I'm joined by the scores, David P. Woods, a man who has been

sweating it out today, hoping that he can capture that final playoff spot in our main league

together. Woods, week 13, can be extremely stressful. It's the last week of the regular season

in most fantasy leagues. You're not the only one who's living and dying on every play today, but I'm curious how

you're holding up, man.

I'm holding up, so I'm doing all right.

You know how I am with my fantasy team.

It's either I'm in the lowest of the lows or the highest of the highs based on what

just happened, and I have a tendency to sort of message you all day long about the

latest play, or I'm shouting in the

scores NFL war room as we're covering the NFL action and annoying my coworkers.

So there was a lot of that today, but that's why I play fantasy football.

Yeah, I heard a rumor that you were screaming your lungs out during that Bobby Wagner play.

Our league does have IDP positions in it as well, so that Bobby Wagner touchdown was a big one for you.

I heard that you were screaming your lungs out woods and you've been sick all week.

What are you doing?

Yeah, it was a little painful, but it got me up out of my chair because I really love this team.

It's our most competitive league that I play in and you're in it and a bunch of people that work at the score on some other pretty skilled players. I've sort of fallen for this team, which I wrote off early in the season. I think we talked about it a bit on this podcast. I sort of started tanking, trying to acquire draft picks. But then my team just kept winning, so I really want to be in the playoffs and i i think we're

going to pull it off but uh i won't feel good until uh those final scores are tally no you're for

sure definitely going to win now there's no possible way anything could happen that could change

it you definitely got it down don't jinx me there's still games being played we're recording

this on sunday night there's still two games to go here. All right. Well, on today's episode, like every Sunday, we're going to recap all the major fantasy takeaways, including what Mike McCarthy's firing means for that Packers' offense.
