Doing very well.

Right before, like, as we do that little two-minute countdown before we start the show,

for people that watch on YouTube, I was closing Twitter.

And the only, like, you know, the trending to the right, all, the only thing I saw right as I'm closing it,

it's just all caps and says,

Russ Cook. And it just, I mean, kind of like, kind of like smirking to myself for like the last

like 30 seconds before it went, before that went off. But no, I'm doing very well. recovering a

little bit from a late night at F1. And my son got his first cold and he gave it to me. And so that was just terrible timing for two late nights going to F1 and then doing this. But no, I'm doing awesome right now. We're going to power through. We're going to ride what was an energetic fun day of football until the end of this. A lot of stuff to get to. But let's start with the game that we just watched, mostly just because I think it has pretty real playoff implications potentially. Right now, with that loss, the Vikings are only

one game ahead in the loss column ahead of a bunch of teams now, the Rams, the Packers, every team in

the NFC South. It's not the Carolina Panthers. So that potentially could cause some shifting down the back half of the year because it felt

like this was a game the Vikings might be able to win and even improve the positioning

that they had already kind of established.
