We yet again as a society scheduled Halloween on Nick Saban's birthday.

When I'm college football commissioner, that doesn't happen until then we just have to deal with these sorts of things.

We're jam-packed.

We're high atop a construction-filled New York City.

It's happening all around us.

We're in the heart of it.

And we're up here because I did inside college football last night. We're going to drive the state college tonight. We'll be there for Ohio State, Penn State this weekend. But in the meantime, what we have to talk about is upsets. I feel rumblings. I feel tremors. I feel a little seismic activity beneath our feet that could be

a precursor to yet another volcanic Saturday. We had 1.0 a few weeks ago. We could have volcanic Saturday

2.0 upon us. So I'll give you the upset alert meter. I've got Ryan Day headed into State

College, headed into Beaver Stadium.

Even at noon, it's going to be tough to take on James Franklin.

And the thing about it is, stats and info has reliably informed me, someone's going to win that game,

but someone's going to lose that game.
