Scott, may I tell you what satisfied me in week nine?

It was probably the fact that the Saints played a near perfect game on Sunday night.

Holy cow.

I think there are NFC frontrunner, or is that too much recency bias there?

I think it's just one of those things like the weather.

You know, you wait 15 minutes and things will change.

It wasn't that long ago.

Everybody thought, oh, NFC West, three playoff teams, maybe four playoff teams.

Every one of those teams just had a throw-up loss, the Rams two weeks ago.

And, of course, everybody else on Sunday or Thursday in the case of the Niners, Tampa

Bay played its worst game of the season.

You know, Green Bay has had a couple of missteps.

And, you know, you look at the AFC.

The Ravens have had Black Eye games. Pittsburgh probably should have lost to Dallas. Kansas City got all it could handle against Carolina. I just think this is a wide open year and there's going to be a lot of ebb and flow to it. Now, certainly the Saints having the 2-0 lead over Tampa Bay is a really good thing. But I still think Tampa Bay is formidable. I mean, let's see if they can get Antonio Brown engaged and, of course, keep them with the program for two months, which may be a challenge.

But I get that the Saints are today's favorite.

I just feel like there'll be a different favorite in a week or two because that's just kind of in the flow of the season.

There's a lot of teams that are plausible, but I think everybody has things that you can scheme against.
