I'm your host, Matt Parrish, and I recently relaunched this show, had Safari Mike on the

last episode, and tonight I am happy to be rejoined by host of Jedi Talk, friend in the

Star Wars community, friend in the Disney community, and somebody I call a personal friend as

well, my friend, Brad, Hughes, Brad. Welcome back to Wedway now, buddy.

Oh, it's good to be back, Matt. I'm so excited. When the Force Awakens was coming out in theaters,

you and me and Nate sat down for like an hour discussion on what we thought was going to be

included. I mean, this was like 2015 and like September. And we're four years later.

I don't feel four years older, but we're, I have another kid since then.

It's kind of crazy.

So anyway, me too.

Yeah, exactly, right?

We're four years older and so is the Star Wars saga.

And I think going into that first, going into that first episode, episode seven, I was very optimistic.

I, okay, I understood that Disney acquiring Star Wars Lucas film meant that they were going to have to do something with the product, right?

So we knew we were going to get films.

And that in and of itself was a huge surprise,

because I remember walking out of Revenge of the Sith thinking, that's it.

That's all I'm going to get for the rest of my life.

And like, I've just got to be happy with that.
