Matthew 15: 29-37 - 'The crowds praised the God of Israel.'

Catechism of the Catholic Church Paragraphs:

- 1335 (In 'The Signs of Bread & Wine') - The miracles of the multiplication of the loaves, when the Lord says the blessing, breaks and distributes the loaves through his disciples to feed the multitude, prefigure the superabundance of this unique bread of his Eucharist (abbreviated).

- 1329 (In 'What is this Sacrament Called'?) - The Breaking of Bread, because Jesus used this rite, part of a Jewish meal, when as master of the table he blessed and distributed the bread, above all at the Last Supper (abbreviated).

Jesus said to them, how many loaves have you?

1:31.9

Seven, they said, and a few small fish.

1:34.8

Then he instructed the crowd to sit down on the ground and he took the seven loaves and the fish,
