0:38.5	This is a fairly routine type of delay for the court to order while reviewing a case, but
0:42.9	as with Trump, the delay itself is always the goal.
0:46.6	That's because without the Supreme Court's intervention, the tax returns could have been
0:50.0	turned over to the committee as early as tomorrow.
0:53.0	Now it's possible that they could never be turned over.
0:55.9	For example, if the Democrats lose the majority in the House of Representatives next week.
0:59.9	And I wouldn't expect the Supreme to circle back on this issue in a hurry, especially
1:04.5	when they are so busy having their first brush with the definition of diversity.
1:13.2	On the flip side, the Supreme Court has denied Lindsey Graham's request to avoid testifying
1:17.6	to the grand jury in Georgia, over his role in the election interference scheme there.
