0:49.0	The Core 4. The four headlines you need to know. With the midterm elections less than a week away, some communities where early voting or dropboxes are available have been dealing with harassment from groups who claim to be monitoring those areas to prevent voter fraud.
1:04.8	There are a couple issues of that.
1:06.2	First is voter safety and privacy.
1:08.7	People have claimed they have been followed around their polling
1:11.3	areas and drop box areas while also being recorded on video. And some of these vigil anti-poll
1:17.0	watchers are wearing masks and carrying guns, which I think we can all agree is a pretty
1:22.3	intimidating situation. The second issue is there are already groups of trained, vetted, and trusted community members
1:30.3	who have been tasked with monitoring these areas.
1:33.1	So the vigilante vote monitoring groups are pretty unnecessary.
