we'll have some fun later in the show

with the list of the various words of the year that the different

dictionaries have chosen for 2023 and we'll invite yours.

We'll talk to New York Economy Journalist Greg David about the year that was in the New York recovery including

that the city is back to around where it was in the number of jobs from

before the pandemic but there were some very New York ups and downs that we'll talk about as well and

some predictions that Greg has for the year ahead and with the war in the Middle East

so dominating in the news in the last quarter of the year.

We'll open the phones for anything other than that

that you want to mention as a story to remember from 2023.
