First, President Trump wielding his pardoned power to reward political supporters and donors.

He's set to pardon reality TV stars Todd and Julie Crisley, who've been serving lengthy prison

terms for tax evasion and bank fraud, also part in another convicted tax cheat after his

mother attended a million dollar fundraiser with Trump.

Senior political correspondent Rachel Scott has the story. Good morning, Rachel.

George, good morning to you, and they were reality TV stars who rose to fame by showcasing a life of luxury and glamour.

But federal prosecutors say all of that was built on an elaborate scheme to defraud banks to the tune of $30 million

hopping from one scheme to another. That couple could be walking out of prison as early as this morning,

with the president's pardon. This morning, President Trump set to fully pardon reality TV stars Todd and Julie Christley

after they were convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud.

The president calling their daughter Savannah from the Oval Office with the news.

That's a terrible thing. It's a terrible thing, but it's a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean,
