At least 18 children and three adults were shot and killed in a Texas elementary school

yesterday morning.

Multiple agencies, including Border Patrol, responded to the shooting at Rob Elementary

School in Uvalde, Texas, about an hour and a half outside of San Antonio.

In a press conference yesterday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott shared the sombre details of the

attack.

The now deceased gunman, who is believed to have been shot by responding officers with an

18-year-old man who reportedly attended the local high school.

He allegedly shot his grandmother before driving to the elementary school, abandoning

his car and entering the campus with a handgun and potentially a rifle.

Details on the attack are still emerging and additional victims, some of whom are in

critical condition are still being treated at local hospitals.
