| 1:17.0 | Now, I get these several times a day. Every time a gas canister explodes, I have sources who are sending me messages going, is this ISIS? |
| 1:24.0 | This could have been some sort of malfunction or explosion inside of some sort of equipment, concert equipment, arena equipment. |
| 1:31.0 | It could have also been something more nefarious and explosion, some sort of attack. |
| 1:37.0 | At this point, we simply don't know. |
| 1:39.0 | And so I started looking at the ISIS Telegram channels. There's always chatter. |
| 1:43.0 | They're always so excited when any harm comes to their so-called enemies, which is all of us. |
| 1:49.0 | But you can't really gauge much from that. |
| 1:51.0 | When you say Telegram and you say you're looking at it in chat rooms, tell me what you mean, what is that, and what you're seeing. |
| 1:59.0 | So the main engine through which ISIS now propagates its propaganda, as well as their claims of responsibility, is an app that people have on their phone called Telegram. |
