It's been over a week since the Supreme Court sprung a leak and states are beginning

to lay their cards on the table.

If Roe v. Wade is overturned, it's expected roughly half of the states will ban or significantly

limit abortions and half will allow it.

Beyond that, some states are considering making traveling out of state to get an abortion

illegal while others, like Connecticut, are taking the opposite approach and issuing

protections for out of stateers who visit to receive an abortion.

That's the smell of brewing legal battles.

Even still, there is agreement on one thing, violent protests are not the answer.

and the Senate unanimously passed a bill to extend security to Supreme Court justices
