Here's what you miss today in the world of Tech. The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Medical Technology

Company Therinos, its founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes, and its former president Ramash Balwani with quote

raising more than 700 million from investors through an elaborate years long fraud

in which they exaggerated or made false statements about the company's

In a settlement with the SEC, Holmes has agreed to surrender voting control of the blood
