The four headlines you need to know.

Some of the country's largest retailers are limiting

over-the-counter emergency contraceptive pills. Amazon has placed a limit of three units per week,

and Rite Aid is also limiting their sales. People are buying as many as they can to have on hand

after SCOTUS struck down the Roe v. Wade ruling last week.

The fear is that a law could be passed to prohibit the use of Plan B and women want to have

them on hand, but it's hurting the people who actually need them immediately. After announcing

they were putting a limit on sales, CVS then re-announced that they are removing their earlier

purchase limit on Plan B as sales have already returned to normal.

Yesterday, the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack at the U.S. Capitol

surprised us with a previously unplanned televised hearing. Up until now, all of the televised hearings had been planned in advance with a simple

explanation of what to expect.
