1:16.1	You might remember that on Monday's episode, I mentioned that California's governor, Gavin Newsom,
1:20.8	was suing the federal government over President Trump's decision to take over the National
1:25.7	Guard in California.
1:27.1	Newsom was requesting an immediate restraining order to allow him to block the federal government
1:31.9	from ordering troops into the state to put down the protests in Los Angeles.
1:36.1	And for now, the Trump administration has won.
1:39.0	The judge overseeing this case rejected the immediate restraining order, but is going to revisit this request
