Welcome back, friends. I am still here in my

temporary dwelling at my son-in-law and daughter's house in Charmhaven, Australia. Looking

forward to jumping into a brand new chapter today. I got a little bit of a scratchy throat this

morning. It's been a busy week and a half.

I think I've preached 12 times in the last nine days, which isn't, I guess, a ton, but I don't know if it's the

time change or whatever, but I'm a little bit scratchy.

But I feel great.

So there's that.

We are in Genesis 13.

As I said, Abram, last episode, we talked about his stint in Egypt and how unwise that was, how this great man of faith had lapsed and was now

expressing fear and acting in fear far more than he was acting in faith. And fear brings all kinds

of snares in our life. The Bible says the fear of man bringeth a snare.

And Abram now has feared. He has lied, told that half truth. He put himself in a world of
