It was a charter boat out of New Jersey,

but it may have had too many people on there.

I think the capacity is like nine,

and I think they had 12 or 13 on there.

But it was just like a regular little boat like some weekend poter in New Jersey would have

and they loaded it up. It looked like they were fleeing Cuba or something.

Did the guy own the boat and just invited too many people?

No, I think they rented it.

I know I'm not quite sure whether they had a skipper who owned the boat

or if they let somebody else drive it.

But if they rented it, it wouldn't the rental, whoever rents it,

say you got too many people, you can't go out like this,
