0:25.4	Ocean to their border with Ukraine.

0:32.3	hysteria by reporting lies and fakes, not because of anything Russia was doing.
0:38.1	In response, the United States is working with allies to potentially ban exports to Russia
0:42.1	up technology and products if they invade Ukraine.
