forth between Elon Musk's Doge Department and the Department of Education battle, and now there's more to it.

But let me back up to explain what was happening.

The issue was that Doge was poking around the DOE and federal student loans, which have a ton of personal information on every single one of us who has or has had

a federal student loan, everything from your social security number to income information.

And the 1974 Privacy Act protects your personal information between government agencies,

meaning one agency cannot legally obtain your information from another.

The last update I gave you was that Elon had access to the information.

But now, a federal judge in Maryland has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Department of Education and the Office of Personnel Management from sharing
