toxic trained derailment in Ohio. There was a big development yesterday. First, we found out that

the EPA or the Environmental Protection Agency is running the show now. They officially took control

of the response to this disaster. Then they promptly ordered Norfolk Southern to clean up the

site of the derailment and pay all costs associated with it. A statement said quote,

the EPA's order will ensure the company is held accountable for jeopardizing the health and

safety of this community. Another part of it, if they fail to meet those demands, they'll be ordered

to pay triple the cost. In addition to this, the company is facing multiple-class action lawsuits

for members in that community. Norfolk Southern released the statement of their own yesterday,

basically saying they'll comply with everything and are committed to learning from this accident.
