It's now the deadly ski-related avalanche in American history.

Crews found the bodies of eight backcountry skiers near California's Lake Tahoe and are searching for one more.

It's a very remote, rugged area on the north side of the highway there.

It is not a groomed area or a ski

resort area. This is a backcountry area, rugged terrain. Met a CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifying in a

case that centers on claims at Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms

are intentionally designed to make kids and teens addicted. ABC News legal contributor, Royal Oaks.

When a CEO testifies, it personalizes the case. The jury isn't evaluating an abstract corporation

anymore. They're evaluating a human decision maker. His tone, sincerity, and responsiveness may matter

as much as the substance of his answers. Progress has been made, but there's no breakthrough yet in U.S. Iran nuclear negotiations,

that according to the White House and leaders in Tehran, White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt.

The Iranians are expected to come back to us with some more detail in the next couple of weeks,

and so the president will continue to watch how this plays out.

Meanwhile, posturing is ramped up. Iran closing the Strait of Hormuz for military exercises with Russia

and the U.S. sending a second carrier group to the region.

We know from sources today that they have alerted Mexican authorities of the case here,

if they didn't already know about it, but that there is

nothing that is indicating that she or the suspect are in Mexico. But the Mexico border is only

about an hour south of here, so it would not be out of the realm of possibility that they could
