We should know later tonight whether Boeing machinists will end their strike and go back to work.

Machinists across the company are voting today on whether to approve the company's latest contract offer.

The offer does not include what many machinists have said is their deal breaker, retirement pension plans.

Joe's worked at the Renton Boeing plant for two years.

He only gave us his first name out of concerns of retaliation from Boeing.

If I'm going to be doing a lot of hard labor and anything like that for this company,

I expect to have a great retirement coming out of this company.
