The Raiders are still six point favorites in Baker Mayfield is on his way to Los Angeles. They faxed him the playbook

But he got the playbook before he got on the plane

You better believe that he was allegedly studying that playbook the whole way as the Rams pick him up off waivers

And it's a pretty low risk move for the Rams
