It's just as popular today. It's been shown on TV every year since 1964 and with that it's the longest continuously

running Christmas TV show of all time. A toy is never truly happy until it is

loved by a child. All right, okay, start with a couple of sports headlines here.

Two auction stories.

First, the last Lakers uniform that Kobe Bryant ever wore during his final away game in 2016,

sold for $485,000 at an auction, about half a million dollars.

That's his Jersey, his shorts, and his Nike's.

Also a Babe Ruth card from 1914, a rookie card just sold for 7.2 million.

It was expected to go for more.

The record for a baseball card was 12.6 million so this is a little short of that.
