the mix. Here are your Washington headlines of the day. Number one, when is progress progress?

Number two, Hunter Biden's Big Day and number three, what to expect in Powell's news conference.

Let's get into it. So yesterday there was a lot of news, including from us,

that the talks had restarted on the immigration process that accompanies immigration and porter

control process that accompanies the Ukraine talks. The White House had Alejandro Mayorkas and aids from Chuck Schumer,

Mitch McConnell, and James Langford himself in a leadership office. And CBS News reported that

the White House is backing new authority to expel migrants without

asylum hearings in addition to the dramatic expansion of detention and deportation facilities,

deportation of undocumented migrants, a senior administration official to us confirm the

outlines of the report.

Now, there's a lot to unpack here. Let's start with this. Number one, this doesn't likely change

the general contours or the general timeline of when a Ukraine aid package could come together,

Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

We still think, based on a reporting, it is a 2024 story, not a 2023 story.
