Welcome to the Bowen Yard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host, Steve Robertson, here on the hump day edition of the yard. It's already being a fast week. We're already into it. It's crazy. It's already Wednesday. It's already hump day. We're going to be here before you know. It seems like it's like that every time that we have a real busy stretch here, that, you know, there's always something going on, so the days seem to come a little more rapidly. You know, it's like you don't have enough downtime but it's kind of decompressed. And so like this week is one of those where you, we have baseball on Tuesday, and we have baseball on Wednesday, and then the women's basketball tournament begins on Wednesday, and then you've got spring practice begins on Tuesday and so there's been something every day so there's a lot to talk

about on the show hope it's you guys are well today I want to remind you if you have not done so

It's one of those things where, you know, I'll go through these phases where I'll punch you out two or three chapters in a week and then kind of take a week off and kind of get back to it and working on the Mario Austin chapter today. How about that? Mario Austin will be in the book and got some more interviews to get some interesting stories kind of off the beating path, stories that maybe perhaps you've never heard. And a couple of these I had never heard before until I began this writing process. And I'm eager for you guys to get another stories as well. So there's going to be some,

it's a lot of football, a lot of football. We've got some baseball stuff, got some men's basketball

stuff, got some women's basketball stuff, and great stories of the rivalry told from the people

who lived and played through all that. And a couple other stories, too, that really aren't from the fields of play

that involve some Mississippi State students from days gone by. And so eager for you to just be a

part of all that and hold this book in your hands and kind of enjoy some great stories about

your favorite school and be in Mississippi State. I also want to thank our friends at Campus Bookmark.
