on Saturday.

While he never received the notoriety of some of his peers, he had quite the rap sheet.

He co-founded al-Qaeda in 1988, helped mastermind decades of terrorist attacks, including

September 11th, and led al-Qaeda after Osama bin Laden was killed in 2011.

President Biden personally authorized the drone strike on al-Zawahi, who was killed

while standing on a balcony in Kabul, Afghanistan.

A CIA official said there's no evidence of any other loss of life.

His presence in Kabul is raising questions.

When Uncle Sam pulled out of Afghanistan, the Taliban promised it would not allow terror

groups to operate in the country, but al-Zawahi was living minutes away from government buildings

in the country's capital.

The Taliban denied any wrongdoing and condemned the attack.
