Hey friends, still here in Ephesians chapter 6. We've been slowing down a bit over the past a few episodes just

because we're talking about elements, components of our Christian life that are absolutely essential

for us to understand and for us to implement. And we've been talking a bit about how important

our prayer life is to be faithful in prayer,

to be praying at all times, about all things, to be praying perseveringly, watchfully,

to be praying especially, not really even for ourselves, but for others, taking other people to God's throne in prayer.

How important that is. And in that vein, I promised you that we would talk about the Apostle Paul's

prayer request. We don't typically think about the Apostle Paul as somebody that was a

needy person. But the fact is, we are all in need. And there's not one of us that doesn't need prayer.

And it doesn't need other people to pray for us. Sometimes I'll say to somebody, maybe that's not used to hearing it. I'll say,
