Good morning, America. We have a lot of news to get to this morning,

including the acting head of the IRS stepping down overnight. We'll have the latest on that,

and it's just six days before tax day. Big news overnight. A sweeping new round of tariffs went into effect at midnight, including a 104% tariff on China that basically closes

down all trade with China. U.S. Customs Set is prepared to start collecting on 86 country-specific

tariffs from American trading partners. We are in a brand new financial world.

This is a brand new world, and the president has said some countries are already now negotiating

deals with the U.S., but the trade war with China is clearly escalating.

And we'll have team coverage from the White House to Wall Street, where the market tumbled again Tuesday,

but we're starting at one of the largest and most active ports in the country,
