It's Wednesday, February 22nd, and this is your morning wire afternoon update.

About 1300 flights within two and out of the United States were canceled on Wednesday

as severe weather wreaked havoc with massive storms threatening to bring record snowfall

across America.

The National Weather Service issued winter storm, blizzard, and high-wind advisories for

swas of the western and the north-central U.S. in anticipation of the storms, with up

to two feet of snow expected in some areas through Thursday.

Officials have also warned residents to stay off the roads due to potential white-out conditions.

Former President Trump and his son, Don Jr., landed in East Palestine, Ohio on Wednesday

to visit with residents dealing with the fallout from the Norfolk Southern train derailment.

Trump also donated thousands of gallons worth of cleaning supplies, 13 pellets of water

and other supplies.

Legal commentators are shocked after Emily Kors, the foreman in Georgia's 2020 election

interference case against Trump and his associates, went on a series of interviews on Tuesday,

divulging private thoughts in a behind-the-scenes look into jury deliberations over the past seven

months.

CNN's Ellie Honeck, former prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, blasted

Kors for her statements.

We definitely heard a lot about former President Trump, and we definitely discussed him a lot

in the room.
