Hope you are getting through the week, focusing on a lot of self-care, which these days means, you know,

engaging different things that make you feel better and nourish, not that make you feel bad or worse.

Oh, boy, I hope you're also following all the local laws, which I know is getting kind of funky

up sitting here looking at an article, and it's very confusing because, you know, there's state

laws where right now, you know, Governor Newsom, just for example, here in California has still

out, still has the shelter in place law in effect. So people are not supposed to be gathering in

public. But then there's counties here in LA that are defying it. And you see those photos,

different cities. I'm looking at photos from Northern California and they're there's counties here in LA that are defying it and you see those photos. Different cities,

I'm looking at photos from Northern California and they're gearing up to allow businesses to reopen on Monday. And there's another county on Friday that allowed businesses, schools,

and churches to reopen as long as people remain six feet apart. Everyone has a lot of different

opinions on that. I think I can't really

weigh in on the medical aspects. I'm not aware of the numbers in different counties. I'm not

aware of the access to testing in those counties. So I can't really weigh in on that. But it's

definitely something I think I hope that we're all taking very seriously. Because remember,
