It's Mental Health Awareness Month, so I'm talking a lot more about what that means and what some tips are for that. But self-care is

always a very important part of mental health. Remember, it's different from coping mechanisms.

Sometimes they have a negative feeling afterwards or during. It's the best we can do. Self care always is rooted in

chosen coping mechanism. We're being loving and compassionate and holding things loosely. But

self-care would not be any of those because self-care again always leaves us feeling better off afterwards. So we want to be focusing on that. Sorry about that.

Look, y'all, we are doing the best we can with this pandemic. People are trying to enforce the rules,

follow the law, and also not lose their jobs.

Heartbreaking when you hear this stuff, a Michigan security guard got shot after enforcing a

mask policy and also a McDonald's patron allegedly opened fire after being told to wear a mask.
