Tons of love and self-care.

Do what you got to do, right? We're

moving our bodies, but we're not beating ourselves up if we're not doing home workouts.

We're eating what makes us feel good, focusing on more nutrient-dense foods, but also not getting

upset if we're hitting those Oreos hard. You know, got to be loving and caring with ourselves.

That's what self-cares about. Let go a little bit, but also still trying to zero in on care. It's not a free for all. Remember, self cares about things

that leave us feeling better. They're like a vitamin. They're, you know, psychologically and

emotionally and spiritually nutritious, but they don't leave us feeling bad. So check that. CDC extends social distancing guidelines to our pets.
