Yeah I think unfortunately for Russell Martin's very very short honeymoon period is definitely

over. It's been a difficult time for him to try and bed in his philosophy into the group of players. A lot of new players

coming in, some big decisions he's made, particularly under when it's come to James Tavineer.

A lot of opinions now, I think, regarding that one. But the bottom line is, Gordon, you've got to be

winning games while you try to develop a style and try to embed in your philosophy.

And unfortunately, for Russell, that hasn't happened yet.

And last night, I think, was a sobering performance, particularly in the first half.
