This week we've got a little bit more casual of an episode given that it's a holiday

weekend, so we're doing some list or questions, let's not waste any time and dive right

in.

Our first one, what are your top three cocktail and app pairings?

I don't always think about this when I'm ordering drinks and I really feel like I should order

drinks based on what I'm going to eat more, but honestly I know so little about wine

that I don't really feel like I'm actually suited to do that.

That being said, I do have some things that I think taste absolutely phenomenal together.

I'm going to start with my number three and work my way down to my favorite, but my

first would be Tar Tar and Cabernet.

I will admit that I don't necessarily seek out Tar Tar all that often because it is

kind of a gross thing to eat, especially if it's too hot out, it's more of a comfort

food.

But if you pair a glass of Cabernet with pretty much any red meat or pasta or anything,

I'm not going to turn it down.

When it comes to that, I just absolutely love a tall glass of Cab, especially when the

weather's cooler outside.

But for some reason, my brain just went to Tar Tar and I'm not really sure why, but I'll

take it.

The next one would be steamed artichokes with a crispy Savoyon Blanc.
