Hey guys, it's Gretchen. Welcome back to the Happy Hour podcast. I'm so sorry that it's been so long.

You know, my hiatus on here really kind of coincides with when wedding planning really started to ramp up.

So I just have that as an excuse. I cannot believe. I don't think I posted since February, something

crazy like that, which I really didn't anticipate or plan for. But honestly, the podcast just fell on

the back burner since, yeah, things are really ramping up for wedding planning, had a lot going on.

But now it's so weird right after your wedding. If any of you got i'm like wait now what there's not like a million emails to answer every day and vendors to coordinate with and planners to talk to and there's just like so much leading up to especially in like the last couple months before your wedding that now i'm like well now now now we can recap in debrief and talk all about it, which is so

exciting. I have been feeling like we need to do this because I cannot believe it's been over

two weeks since our wedding. And I really hope I don't like forget any details already also sorry if I sound distracted

so I know I have a whole different recording setup right now I was having like technical difficulties

so I'm kind of distracted but I really hope that this is working out well um yeah who cares that's

not interesting I don't need to like delve into that I was was supposed to be like, oh, my lap and my iPad. No, who cares. So, yes, I'm going to try to be consistent back on the pod. Bear with me. It's been some time, you know, maybe not every other week. Maybe it's going to be once a month to start. But I miss you and i know you guys missed it and this is a perfect platform to really be able to chat all about our

wedding how it went debrief like how things are different than i thought great things that happened

little things that went wrong i still want to do a bunch of like dedicated tic talks to there's very few but like regrets or things that went wrong or

little details or signs I felt like for my dad stuff like that um yeah so before we dive right in you guys know at the

beginning of each episode I love to say something i'm happy about and

something i'm excited wait wait no and said so i don't even remember something i'm happy about and

wait i'm the worst of the host of this podcast i'm like, what do we do it again? So I wrote down in my

notes, something I'm happy about, something I'm excited for. But I don't think that was it. I think I always did something I'm happy about. And, oh, a happy quote or idea. Okay, because I'm like, wait, happy, but I feel like I did like a highlight of my day, but usually I would say something I'm happy about like today.

Okay, instead of happy quarter I do,

I'm to say something I'm excited for.

So what I'm happy about like today. Um, okay, instead of happy quarter of day, I'm just saying something I'm excited for.
