No, it spends $740 billion. No, it spends $740 billion, the entire defense budget, by the way.

But it's odd that they would not use that term, right? Because in a sense, when you're doing

this from the perspective of Bernie Sanders and many people in Washington,

that's their money.

When they give you a tax cut, they think of that as spending. When they increase the amount of your labor that they steal from you, that's considered

to be funded.
